Attend Live Facilitator Training Sessions

All live Interbeing Facilitator Training sessions are hosted by a Meta-facilitator–someone who has facilitated thousands of hours of practice–during which time you’ll have an opportunity to ask questions, practice together, get feedback on your facilitation, and learn advanced facilitation skills.

Timing: Live training sessions happen on a near-weekly basis, and we’re aiming to have 2 hour long sessions available each week. The timing of those sessions will be somewhat fluid & changing, but we’ll aim to share those times/dates at least a month in advance, so you can plan accordingly.

Gain Additional Facilitation Experience

In addition to being able to share these techniques with whichever groups you’d like outside of Interbe.ing, Facilitators-in-Training are invited to join a cohort of 2-3 peer-facilitators who meet weekly to practice & facilitate together. In these peer-groups the facilitation role rotates each week, giving everyone an equal opportunity to practice their facilitation skills.

More experienced facilitators are invited to host Interbe.ing sessions by themselves, as well as continue to be part of a peer-facilitation group. Both options give you additional opportunity to practice facilitating.
